Read the film description
  1. Madus presents its promise: fewer constraints and more time to sell.
  2. Product rules are built into the journey to support technical checks.
  3. The supplier sets its prices and terms of sale for its teams and its network.
  4. It grants access to the catalogue and can revoke it.
  5. The professional prepares the configuration independently, applies their margin, issues the customer’s PDF quote and then sends the order.
  6. The sales rep follows their assigned companies and their quotes; the manager sees the team, the territories and how they evolve.
  7. The film invites you to request a demonstration. It is a functional illustration, with no real customer data.

BORN AT A SUPPLIER

Designed for the field.
Proven at Glass Systems.

Madus was created to simplify sales work at Glass Systems: fewer manual calculations, fewer configurations to correct and less re-keying. A supplier’s experience turned into a platform for other B2B trades.

UNDERSTANDING MADUS

The essential
questions.

Is Madus just a configurator?

No. Madus links two sales management areas: the supplier’s and the professional’s. The Cortex fit into this whole to configure products, produce quotes and send orders.

What can the professional do?

They request access to the suppliers they have a business relationship with, configure their products, build their offer with their margin, issue the PDF for their customer and send their order to the supplier.

What does the supplier see?

Each sales rep has a view of their portfolio: opportunities, quotes produced independently by their customers and quotes they produced themselves. The manager has an overall view of activity and how it evolves.

Can a priced product actually be manufactured?

The Cortex is designed to allow only configurations that comply with the business rules validated by the supplier. This consistency depends on the quality of the data, the validation of the Cortex and the information entered.

Can I change my prices?

Yes. The supplier can directly update the pricing parameters provided in its area. It keeps its own prices and terms of sale. Developing new complex business rules remains separate work.

What about specific requests?

The sales rep can take over the request and access the specific capabilities provided for their role. A request outside the rules covered is studied on a case-by-case basis.

Does Madus include a full CRM?

The opportunity tracking, dashboards and sales management described here are already available. The additional CRM scope is under development: its functions will be detailed as they become available.
